DECEMBER 2007 NEWSLETTER
Please join our competitive dancers for a jazzy
version of 5 Nutcracker selections along with the St. Albans High
School Jazz Band. Our performance is part of the Joyful Night
Celebration at the state capitol. Our performance will be held in
the theatre at the Cultural Center. All Joyful Night events begin
at 6:30. The event is free to all and a great opportunity to share
the holiday spirit with family and friends.
Costume Fees are now due. Please put the
dancers name on all checks.
The dance technique workout class will begin
Saturday December 1st 10-1130. Cost is $5 per session.
The class is pay as you come. Please let Rose know if you are
interested.
There are still openings in the Tuesday
Beginning I and II class 430-530 and 530-630. Please pass the word!
Please remember dancers need to be wearing
dance clothing. No street clothes including large oversized
shirts/sweatshirts. It is impossible to see correct usage of the
arms and body when it is hidden in large clothing. Leotards and
tights are strongly suggested.
As cold weather approaches, please remember in
the case of inclimate weather, call the studio line at 766-8234 for
instructions. There will be a message on the line by 2:30
concerning class in the case of cancellations. Classes missed due
to weather will be made up.
